Your Right to Delete Your Data

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. SmartBiz respects this right and will process your request promptly.

What Data We Delete

When you request data deletion, we will remove the following:

  • Your account information (name, email, authentication data)
  • All shop data associated with your account
  • Products, orders, and customer information
  • Payment records
  • Any other personal data stored in our systems

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, you have the following options:

Method 1: Delete Your Account

The easiest way to delete your data is to delete your account directly from the app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Note: This option is only available if you are logged in.

Method 2: Contact Us

If you cannot access your account or prefer manual deletion, contact us with your request. Please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • A clear statement requesting data deletion

We will respond to your request within 30 days.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before requesting deletion.

Third-Party Data Sharing

After your data is deleted from SmartBiz, note that:

  • Data shared with OAuth providers (Google, Facebook) is governed by their privacy policies
  • Payment processing data is subject to retention requirements by payment processors
  • We may retain anonymized data for analytical purposes
