6. Facebook Integration
SmartBiz allows you to connect your Facebook Pages to read messages, comments, and send replies. By connecting a Facebook Page, you authorize SmartBiz to:
- Access your Facebook Page list
- Read messages and comments on connected Pages
- Send messages and replies on behalf of connected Pages
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Facebook integration complies with Facebook's Terms of Service and Meta's Platform Terms. You may disconnect your Facebook Page at any time from Settings → Facebook Integration.
7. Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data. Please visit our Data Deletion page for instructions on how to request data deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
SmartBiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of SmartBiz following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
