- Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication data from OAuth providers (Google, Facebook).
- Business data: Information about your shop, products, orders, customers, and payments that you enter into the platform.
- Usage data: Information about how you interact with our services.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to your comments and questions

8. Facebook Data
When you connect a Facebook Page to SmartBiz, we collect and process the following Facebook data:
- Page access tokens: We store encrypted Page access tokens to enable reading messages, comments, and sending replies on your behalf.
- Messenger messages: We read incoming messages sent to your connected Facebook Pages in order to extract order information and enable you to reply from the SmartBiz dashboard.
- Post comments: We read comments on your Facebook Page posts to detect orders and enable automated or manual replies.
- Page information: We access your Page name, ID, and profile information to display within the dashboard.
We do not use Facebook data to serve advertisements. We do not sell or share Facebook data with third parties outside of what is necessary to provide the service. Facebook data is retained only as long as your Page connection is active.
To disconnect your Facebook Page and remove associated data, go to Settings → Facebook Integration → Disconnect. You may also submit a data deletion request below.
Our use of Facebook data complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
9. Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with third-party services including Supabase (authentication and database), Google OAuth, Facebook OAuth, and the Facebook Graph API. Each third party has their own privacy policy governing their collection and use of your information.
11. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
